1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions are $5K Lucky Choice Draw 16 Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.2 Any terms used in the $5K Lucky Choice Draw 16 Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the $5K Lucky Choice Draw 16 Terms and Conditions.

1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the $5K Lucky Choice Draw 16 Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) $5K Lucky Choice Draw 16 Terms and Conditions;

b) $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

d) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;

e) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

f) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

g) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1 The $5K Lucky Choice Draw 16 ‘LCD16’ is a Bonus Draw conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713 under ACT Permit No. TP24/02901, NSW Authority No. TP/00153, SA Permit No. M14646.

2.2 LCD16 will open at 12:00am (AEST) Wednesday, 29 January 2025 and close at 11:59pm (AEST) Thursday, 30 January 2025.

2.3 LCD16 will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday, 6 February 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.4 Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Thursday, 6 February 2025.

3. Entry and Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible, customers must:

a) Purchase a valid entry into the current Prize Home Draw AU423L via the Dream Home Art Union website (www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au), call centre (1300 775 888) between 12:00am (AEST) Wednesday, 29 January 2025 and 11:59pm (AEST) Thursday, 30 January 2025; and

b) Not purchase that entry via Direct Debit payment.

3.2 Each customer who meets the eligibility criteria listed in clause 3.1 will receive one (1) entry in the LCD16 regardless of the number of entries/ tickets purchased in the current Prize Home Draw AU423L.

3.3 Additional tickets/ entries are not available for this exclusive draw. If you have nominated yourself and another person on one Dream Home Art Union account, you and the other person together will be taken to be a single entrant for the purpose of LCD16.

3.4 Your entry into LCD16 is by your unique sales reference number located on your ticket in the current Prize Home Draw AU423L which is used to validate the drawn winning entry. You will not be sent a separate LCD16 ticket.

4. Prize

4.1 One (1) prize is available in LCD16 to the value of $5,000; your choice of:

a) Cash, or;

b) A fuel voucher, or;

c) A homewares voucher.

4.2 Any cash prizes exceeding $2,000 will be paid to the winner by crossed cheque made out to the winner (which may be in two names if you have nominated yourself and another person to be VIP Club Members) or by EFT into a bank account nominated by the winner.

4.3 You may elect for the whole prize to be paid by the method in clause 4.2 by notifying us.

5. Additional Terms Relating to Gift Cards

5.1 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions a ‘Gift Card’ means any physical or digital Gift Card that is or forms part of a prize.

5.2 Gift Card will be distributed by our nominated prize distributor:

5.3 By entering this promotion, you authorise us to provide your contact details to the relevant prize distributor and authorise the prize distributor to contact you if you are the recipient of a Gift Card, to arrange for delivery of the prize. You are responsible for ensuring correct contact details are provided at the time of entry into the promotion. Personal information collected in relation to your Gift Card will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.4 Gift Cards are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash and are only redeemable at participating stores.

5.5 The Gift Card is issued by the applicable Australian retailer and unless otherwise stated on the issuer’s Gift Card, the Gift Card is only redeemable at participating Australian stores.

5.6 For this promotion, the Gift Card will be issued electronically.

5.7 Drawn winner will have the Gift Card distributed from Thursday, 6 February 2025 to the registered email address.

5.8 Gift Card listed in clause 4.1 of these Terms and Conditions are subject to the issuers Terms and Conditions.

6. Unclaimed Prizes

6.1 Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of LCD16. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for three months following the Draw, a re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 8 May 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at by way of approved random number generator.
