Dream Home Art Union VIP Club Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These VIP Club Terms and Conditions form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/Terms-And-Conditions.

1.2 Any terms used in the VIP Club Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the VIP Club Terms and Conditions.

1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the VIP Club Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

(a) VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws Terms and Conditions;

(b) any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP Club Members are eligible for entry;

(c) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

(d) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

(e) General Terms and Conditions.

2. VIP Club

2.1 The VIP Club is a subscription which enables you to receive a monthly ticket book in our Prize Home Draws and other benefits described below, in return for your agreement to pay us a regular payment each month.

2.2 You can elect to become a VIP Club Member if you are an Eligible Person (see clause 1.2(c) of the General Terms and Conditions) and you complete the following steps via the Dream Home Art Union website or a Dream Home Art Union telephone or kiosk sales representative:

(a) provide the Entry Details;

(b) provide a valid authorised payment method ‘Nominated Account’;

(c) select a monthly ticket book purchase ‘Monthly Ticket Book’ for each of the General Lottery Draws and Golden Treasure Draws; and

(d) nominate the open Prize Home Draw in which you wish to receive your first allocation of tickets.

2.3 By becoming a VIP Club Member, you agree that:

(a) we will take payment for your Monthly Ticket Book from your Nominated Account each month; and

(b) upon receipt of that payment, we will provide you with your Monthly Ticket Book in an open Prize Home Draw.

2.4 Details of Draws will be advertised on our website. Detailed ticket book pricing for General Lottery Draws and Golden Treasure Draws can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. The detailed terms and conditions for the current open Prize Home Draws is found in the Prize Home Terms & Conditions.

2.5 As a VIP Club Member you will also receive entries into each of the VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws, so long as you remain a VIP Club Member at the close of the relevant Draw and satisfy the eligibility requirements in clause 3.1 of the VIP Exclusive Draws Terms and Conditions.

2.6 A person who elects to join the VIP Club is deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions, including the VIP Club Terms and Conditions, the VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws Terms and Conditions, the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.

2.7 If you nominate yourself and another person together to be VIP Club Members on one account, you and the other person together will be taken to be a single VIP Club Member and the terms relating to multiple entrants in clause 5 of the General Terms and Conditions will apply in addition to these VIP Club Terms and Conditions.

2.8 We reserve the right to reject any application to become a member of the VIP Club for any reason.

2.9 We may suspend, cancel, close or otherwise restrict access to your Art Union Account and/or VIP Club subscription at any time if we reasonably suspect or become aware of any fraud, misuse, unlawful or other irregular activity associated with your account or circumstances which may compromise the integrity of a Draw. We may also do so if we have a reasonable suspicion of responsible gambling issues, or where you ask us to exclude you from future Draws to address responsible gambling issues.

3. Monthly Payments

3.1 Payment for your first Monthly Ticket Book will occur promptly after your election to become a VIP Club Member.

3.3 Thereafter, each month we will take payment from your Nominated Account for your Monthly Ticket Book 'Monthly Payment' on the due date specified in your Art Union Account - see dreamhomeartunion.com.au/my-account. You can also determine your Monthly Payment due date by contacting our Customer Service Line on AUS 1300 775 888, NZ 0800 450 970, INT +61 7 3188 0436.

3.4 You should receive your tickets within 10 working days of each successful Monthly Payment.

4. Updating Your Details and Your Monthly Ticket Book Order

4.1 You may update your Nominated Account and increase or decrease your Monthly Ticket Book order at any time on our website or by calling the following numbers: AUS 1300 775 888, NZ 0800 450 970, INT +61 7 3188 0436. Any changes will take effect from your next Monthly Payment.

4.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your Nominated Account before the due date of any Monthly Payment.

5. Cancellation

5.1 You may elect to stop Monthly Payments and cancel your subscription to the VIP Club at any time on our website or by calling our Customer Service Team on the following numbers: AUS 1300 775 888, NZ 0800 450 970, INT +61 7 3188 0436.

5.2 If you elect to stop Monthly Payments and cancel your subscription after a Monthly Payment has been made but before the corresponding Prize Home Draw closing date, you may request to cancel any tickets issued in that Prize Home Draw and receive a refund, see clause 8 of the General Terms and Conditions. If you cancel your tickets you will not be entered in the Prize Home Draw.

5.3 We will notify you in the event your Monthly Payment is declined. If four (4) consecutive Monthly Payments are declined, we may elect to cancel your subscription to the VIP Club without further notice to you.

5.4 To request reactivation of your VIP Club subscription please contact our Customer Service Team on the following numbers: AUS 1300 775 888, NZ 0800 450 970, INT +61 7 3188 0436.

5.5 We reserve the right to cancel your VIP Club subscription at any time where we have a reasonable suspicion that your subscription or ticket purchases may be associated with fraudulent, dishonest, irregular or illegal activity or with any circumstances which may compromise the integrity of a Draw. We may also cancel your VIP Club subscription at any time where we form a reasonable suspicion of responsible gaming issues, or where you ask us to exclude you from future Draws to address a responsible gambling issue.

6. Suspension

6.1 You may elect to suspend your subscription to the VIP Club for up to 12 months ‘Suspension Period’ by contacting us.

6.2 We may elect to suspend your subscription to the VIP Club at any time where we have a reasonable suspicion that your subscription or ticket purchases may be associated with fraudulent, dishonest, irregular or illegal activity or with any circumstances which may compromise the integrity of a Draw. We may also suspend your VIP Club subscription at any time where we form a reasonable suspicion of responsible gaming issues, or where you ask us to exclude you from future Draws to address a responsible gambling issue.

6.3 During any suspension period, Monthly Payments will cease and tickets will not be issued in any Draw. You also will not be eligible to be entered in the VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws or any other Draw exclusively for VIP Club Members.

6.4 Subject to clause 6.5 below, if you wish to purchase tickets during a period where you have elected to suspend your subscription, you may do so by contacting us. Any separate purchase made during a suspension period does not count towards eligibility in the VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws or any other draw exclusively for VIP Club Members.

6.5 If we have elected to suspend your subscription under clause 2.9 or clause 6.2, you will not be permitted to purchase any tickets during the suspension period.
